How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and associated data.
Is Billy free?
Scanning a bill and reviewing Billy's findings is free. Mailing a dispute
letter costs a one-time fee that covers printing and USPS postage of the
physical letter — you only pay when you choose to mail.
Does Billy give medical or legal advice?
No. Billy provides informational analysis of your bills only.
